We are a group of passionate UI designers, and software engineers. To us, movies and series are more than just a pastime – they are important. And we believe Movies and Series should not cost a Month worth of wage for some Money Lover Companys.

Frustrated by the cluttered websites of the streaming landscape, which are filled with misleading popups, aggressive trackers, and intrusive ads, we decided to build our own solution with minimal ads only in the Watch Section.

TonkaCine is the result of this vision: A platform that refocuses entirely on the content. No annoying barriers, no intrusive ads, wrapped in a premium user interface that feels as smooth and high-quality as major commercial services.

  • TMDB & TmdbAPI Integration We synchronize our metadata live with international movie databases. This allows us to provide trailers, cast lists, release years, and IMDb ratings at a glance without you having to leave the page.

All video playback links, embeds, and streaming media available through the service are hosted on and provided by independent, non-affiliated third-party platforms (such as external hosting services). TonkaCine holds no control over the content, uptime, availability, or legality of these third-party links.

2. Intellectual Property & DMCA Rights

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. Since TonkaCine does not host any media files, we cannot delete content from external servers. If you believe your copyrighted content is linked to on our platform, please contact the third-party web host that actually stores and distributes the file to request a removal.

If you wish to submit a DMCA or copyright notice regarding a listing on our site, please send a detailed request to our support email, and we will remove the search indexing link in a timely manner.

3. Limitation of Liability

You agree that your use of TonkaCine is entirely at your own risk. The platform, metadata, and links are provided "as is" and "as available". TonkaCine and its creators disclaim all warranties, and shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform.

4. TonkaCine AI Usage

By using the TonkaCine AI assistant, you acknowledge and agree that your chat history and preferences are stored securely and directly within your user account. This data is stored solely for your own convenience so that you can access your chat history at any time.

Privacy Guarantee: We do not use, store, share, or manage your AI chat conversations or personal recommendations to train, fine-tune, or develop other artificial intelligence models, nor do we disclose them to third parties for such purposes.

Tokens & Limits: Each message request to TonkaCine AI consumes 1 token. Each user is limited to 10 tokens per day. You are solely responsible for the usage and management of your daily tokens. Unused tokens do not roll over to the next day, and tokens cannot be transferred or purchased.

5. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

We integrate third-party APIs (such as The Movie Database - TMDB) to pull metadata, posters, trailers, and cast lists. These third-party services may track request information in accordance with their own privacy policies.

We employ standard electronic security measures to safeguard account details and database content. However, please be aware that no security measure is completely impenetrable.
